You can shop at Shamim Bhatti without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

We do offer online payment and cash on delivery only.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days from the date you place your order. Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 3-5 working days.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We currently do not offer same day delivery.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

DOES SHAMIM BHATTI SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order.
If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We are unable to change the size and billing address once an order has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

CAN I MAKE CUSTOMIZATIONS TO A 'BY ORDER' PRODUCT?

Minor customizations such as sleeves and length adjustment can be made. Mention such adjustments in the comment box upon checkout.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

Shamim Bhatti shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products, however if you still receive a damaged product, kindly mail us the picture of the garment received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE?

If you are not available when we deliver the merchandise, our courier company will take it back and they will contact you for further steps.
